Currently we are living in unsuitable conditions for our family\'s size.
Trying everything to find an affordable home.
My housing benefit covers £720 but I can afford to go up to £1000 but would be looking for as cheap as possible.
We need a 3 or 4 bed property. I have a cat. Garden and suitable parking would be preferable.
I would be looking to rent long term as moving is quite distressful to myself and the children. Preferably in the Woodbridge area as far out as Snape/Holesley/Fram/Debenham/Henley etc. or the Woodbridge/Colchester/Foxhall road side of Ipswich as my children are at school in a village local to Woodbridge and these roads offer direct routes to their school.
Currently on Gateway waiting for affordable housing, we\'re at band C and bidding every week but I\'m unlikely to see results due to the lack of properties and the number of people waiting.
