I have a budget of 550pcm or 650 Inc bills and am able to produce a deposit and gaurantor
Taking that first step and looking for a place to occupy and call my own as a tenant, looking forward to settling into a new place and getting ready to live privately in a different area.
Luckily I have had good experiences and have family throught the Merseyside region and have had work and social experiences throughout the UK.
The type of property that I would be interested in is a well maintained flat in a good area, and is affordable and comfortable.
Having researched online I have found and applied with interest and unfortunately not yet secured a tenancy having attended viewings and applying for local listings from estate agents property developers and housing associates.
