Landlord wants to sell thr house I live in after being medicialy discharged from the military.
I\'m fed up as the house I rent from him was supposed to be his pension plan for his future.
Personally I think it\'s the girlfriend . They currently live near Bourne school in Eastbourne and it\'s an ok "if that\'s all you can afford to buy in that area" house. But they got a bargain £20K below market value. They put kitchen, bathroom, lawn down in garden.
But the girlfriend wants a 4 bed house in the Meads area of Eastbourne that\'s a lot more expensive as well.
So the £50K landlord has in profit in the house I live in. £43k in house they live in makes for a very nice deposit on house in the Meads.
And me homeless.
